Alfanzo is our pour-over Picasso. Once he's in the zone, brewing and blooming his coffee is a masterpiece in the making. Off-duty, he's our bean-counting virtuoso, squirreling away cash to fuel his coffee obsession. Because when your pour-over is this good, you've got to keep the beans rolling!"
